Thanks, @Dmitriy Fomichenko.  I appreciate the welcome and the recommendations.  I'm not self-employed, so as I understand it, the solo 401k is not applicable but i'm definitely exploring options.

Happy Monday,

I'm a new investor in North Texas.  I've built up a nest egg over the years in a 401k and am ready to roll that over into real estate where it can really grow.  I found BiggerPockets while looking for various answers and was immediately hooked.  Now, I'm consuming everything I can, podcasts, webcasts and forum posts everywhere.

Looking forward to hearing from everyone and hopefully meeting some fellows in North Texas soon.
