Hi, I'm newer to the real estate investing world and wondering if buying lower cost houses and getting them into the Section 8 program is still doable? What are the pros and cons? I'm of course concerned about the quality of tenants and I know inspections can be difficult but wondering if there are management companies who only do this and if it can still be a profitable way to invest. Thanks!

Hi, I'm considering buying a property but want to know if a seller did their own additions and it was unpermitted would it cause an issue with getting it refinanced down the line? I don't know if there are or are not unpermitted additions but just covering my bases. Thanks!

Hi everyone! I need some advice from someone who knows SA well. Is the Jefferson neighborhood just south of Balcones Heights a good/bad place to invest? Trying to determine if it's a safe area and would be somewhere a tenant would want to live or even to rent as a mid term. Thanks!

Hi, I have approximately anywhere from $150k-200K in equity in my personal residence. Are people able to obtain HELOCs in this market to use as down payments on investment properties? 

Hi, I would be grateful for people's opinions on and experience with purchasing single family investment properties with the intention of leasing out with lease options. Does this strategy still work well to attract better quality tenants who want to own? Assuming the property has equity how easy or difficult is it to refinance later to buy more properties? I'm not sure I fully understand the strategy so would appreciate any resources. Thanks!

Hey there. I have an opportunity to invest In Hinesville. Turnkey pretty nice house. Looking for advice on if this area is good for mid term rentals for Ft. Stewart or even STR as an alternative to Savannah. It won't quite cash flow as a long term. Thanks!
