Opinions On Investing In Hinesville, Georgia Near Ft Stewart

Hey there. I have an opportunity to invest In Hinesville. Turnkey pretty nice house. Looking for advice on if this area is good for mid term rentals for Ft. Stewart or even STR as an alternative to Savannah. It won't quite cash flow as a long term. Thanks!
