Keep asking questions here Shawn, as well as doing your research.  I have noticed an increase in used multi-family unit hitting the market over the last 30 days so there are out there.   

Welcome to BP Daphne!   In addition to reading all the great information here, start reaching out to people and making time to meet with the frequent posters here.  Also would recommend trying to attend some of the investment meetups and meeting other individuals who are just as excited about investing as you!.
