I've never had such a call. I screen my tenants well and set expectations with them at the outset about calling meme about small issues that aren't emergencies. If water is flowing onto the floor that's an emergency and i want that call at 3AM

It looks like there is a good mix of folks from different areas. I'd love to carve off the south SHORE folks into a group. Based on comments and locations, I'd propose we do a meeting in Quincy with the following: @Account Closed @Patrick Wheeler @Paul Lombardi @Zachary Clough @Bruno C. @John Armando @Chris Kimball @Rawderson Amaral @Nelson Fernandes

I have room in my office for 6-8 of us. I'm in Quincy Center. Let me know if that sounds good to people and message me with your email address, I can put everyone on an email with a date and time.

@Kyle Cabral Yeah, I completely lost control of it there from the get go. Hahahaha  There seems to be enough south SHORE folks from Quincy, Brockton, Braintree, Weymouth, Boston that we may be able to put something together.

@Ron Boling @Gualter Amarelo South coast, south shore - close enough I guess. Either way better than driving through Boston traffic to find a networking event.  I'd be happy to join  a meet up at your office. Please keep me posted.

I've noticed the majority of REIA in the Boston area tend to be on the north shore. I'm a south shore guy. Is there any interest out there for a meet up for south of Boston real estate folks? Please post if your interested or invite me to your south shore meet up. Brian

I live, work, and invest in Quincy. Prices are higher in Quincy to get in, but it is far nicer than Roxbury and you'll see a better rent than Roxbury. Also, Quincy has a lot going for it that I think will create better appreciation. Downtown redevelopment, etc. Roxbury will take longer to turn the corner. Deciding between the two is a math question essentially. There is a reason why there are approximately 3,000 units coming on line in Quincy in the next year being created by nationwide firms. Quincy will be the next Cambridge/Somerville in terms of renters desirability. I'm happy to discuss with you more about Quincy, I have a ton of info.

Charles, Welcome to the club! If you figure out how to crack that nut, please share. I've been chipping away for 4 years with no luck. And I own 4 cash flowing properties. With each one her frustration with me grows. Even when I've shown the benefits and minimal risk in my properties she doesn't budge.
