Flipping Boston meeting in Towson, MD

Not sure if this would be the correct forum. On Thursday 8.25 I am attending a seminar with the flipping Boston hosts of I doubt that the actual hosts are coming but sometimes they have good tips. I am wondering if there is anyone else going and what is your guys opinion on these type of classes.
