Thanks for your response, Andrew. I guess my question was ambiguous. I wasn't asking how I should go about organizing my campaign, I have most of that in order. I'm asking how the content of the letter or postcard should read. I'm looking for advice from anyone who has had success in the past, and I know not everyone's successes will work for me, but I need a general idea of what works best.

Hey team,

I'm starting my first Direct Mail campaign and I'm looking for advice on writing yellow letters. I would appreciate advice and tips from anyone who has had success with their yellow letters. I would try to ask for advice from members of my local REIA, but meetups are always during my work hours. Thanks in advance

I am new to real estate and investing. I have some experience in business and management, but I consider myself a rookie. I have 2 children and I work as a personal trainer, as of now. I want to flip houses and own rental property. I'm doing research right now and working with a real estate and flip mentor so I can tackle this head-on... so I'm still in the locker room right now, but with a Super Bowl-bound mentality!!
