Hey team,

I'm starting my first Direct Mail campaign and I'm looking for advice on writing yellow letters. I would appreciate advice and tips from anyone who has had success with their yellow letters. I would try to ask for advice from members of my local REIA, but meetups are always during my work hours. Thanks in advance

The best tip I can offer is to suggest some questions to ask.  By asking the right questions hopefully it will help you target and market to your audience more efficiently and effectively.

Who is your target market?

What are the common issues your target demographic are facing?

How can you solve their issues?

Why are you their best option?

Why should they choose you?

What are you offering them?

How are you going to track your leads?

What follow up system do you have in place?

What are your campaign goals?

How many touches per lead?

How many marketing pieces are you going to send?

At what frequency will you market to each lead?

You get the idea.  If you know what your objective is and what you are trying to accomplish it will help you build a successful campaign around those ideas.  In my opinion, the biggest piece to direct marketing is making sure you answer all of your calls and have a very efficient follow up system in place.
