Luis Lopez thanks. This was a deal from the elephant in the room... Mr. Homepath. Multiple offers on multiple properties and many legal disputes but I doubled my efforts and never stopped until the numbers made sense. I have purchased properties before but this is my first one from Fannie Mae. Everything started when I noticed a sudden jump on listings back in September on their site... I was also able to avoid Owner Occupancy. Unless I am unable to secure another deal, I am flipping this one. Regards.

I made it a requirement to postpone my first post unless I was able to close on my deal. Today was the glorious day and finally I was able to close. No more procrastination. No more excuses. BP peers… there are still deals out there! You just need to be R-E-L-E-N-T-L-E-S-S. A massive market like Miami, Fl requires massive action. It is this community at BP that kept me honest and focused on my objective. Keep on grinding and let’s do another one. All the best to all of you! Saludos.
