For the past 20 years I have been building luxury SFR and large multifamily/mixed-use projects in Fairfield & Westchester Counties. For years I have been surrounded by real estate developers and investors making smart deals, building assets and making lots of money. I have been instrumental in building their wealth and always wished I could run in their pack. Real Estate Development has always been a dream of mine, but I never got past the fear of investing, until now. Recently I have made the commitment to myself and my family to begin my REI pursuits. Looking to connect with like minded people to connect, collaborate, learn from and do deals with. My focus is on SFR flips, multifamily/mixed-use buy-hold-invest.
