Hey all, sorry, I have been super busy the past month.  I am back at it and would love to arrange a meet up for local investors and a mastermind group.  Any suggestions on a location?

@Blake Williams That is so funning about Siegrist.  While I was in college I was one of his leader carpenters.  I have since evolved and my career sent me to be a VP at two large commercial construction management firms, but I since starter my own business again in Residential.

I am looking to invest in properties in Dutchess County since I am originally from Lagrangeville, but I am still a contractor at heart.  If anyone needs anything, let me know.

Good luck!

Hey guys,

I am very interested in investing in CT, but looking in Fairfield County.  I am also interested in Westchester and Dutchess Counties.  I know these areas and like to stay in areas that I know intimately and can touch and feel.  I am in Ridgefield and Eastern, CT is a bit far.

I do thing there is some good prospects in Western, CT or Eastern, NY, but it looks like you have to dig more or be more patient in finding a deal.  A lot of sharks in the water around here and properties are $ high.

If anyone ever wants to meetup, I am always looking to meet like minded investors and maybe there is a possibility to team in the future.

Hey Daniel, I am in the same boat as you. I live in Ridgefield, CT and searching for opportunities in Westchester, Dutchess County and Fairfield County. Would love to connect with you and see how we may be able to help each other.

I recent came across a property that just hit the market. It is listed for a $100k and is a 3/1 in a college town. Comps are going for $140k. It needs a ton of work and I would like to add a 2nd bath. I ran the numbers and it all looks promising. Any suggestions/recommendations on how to approach the listing agent with a 50% offer, all cash, 15day close?
