For the past 20 years I have been building luxury SFR and large multifamily/mixed-use projects in Fairfield & Westchester Counties. For years I have been surrounded by real estate developers and investors making smart deals, building assets and making lots of money. I have been instrumental in building their wealth and always wished I could run in their pack. Real Estate Development has always been a dream of mine, but I never got past the fear of investing, until now. Recently I have made the commitment to myself and my family to begin my REI pursuits.
