@Joanna Laguerre I always caution on the side of education when things are confusing. Stay plugged into bigger pockets and real estate books. You can take action learning the local market and processes even if you don't plan on investing here.

@Hugh Jameson they will not, just make the offer based on the numbers that work for you. They may not be willing to negotiate price now but next month they may entertain your offer. The bank determine a price reduction according to how long it's been on the market.
