@Hugh Jameson the bank will not let you know what they are trying to get out of the property until they list it for sale. I never knew the price until 1 day before I listed it for sale for them and I prepared the CMA and suggested a price.

@John Saunders There are many lenders that lend for investment properties. Not your typical big banks. I can send for a few to see if they lend in your area. Just let me know

It's actually for the parents to help you prepare your kids for this ever-changing information age and the importance of the financial statement. Also, playing the Monopoly board game as a family helps kids learn by playing and making mistakes. Action first, mistakes second, lessons third.

I currently live in Tampa. I lived and worked in Lakeland so I'm very familiar with the area. I also invest out of state. I'm currently investing in Atlanta and currently building a team in Cleveland to start investing there by August and of course Florida.

Is it possible to delete properties that I've analyzed using the BP calculators? I only see the option for archiving the properties. The properties have sold and I'm trying to clean up my property list. Thank you.
