@Vincent Chen

We have located all necessary components to our team in SA.

We are actively still working the city.  Many issues with investing in SA from out of state.

Just be careful if that is your goal.  You must be very diligent with your up front research and find the key people that will work best for you.

@Account Closed I would like to get some insight on the market in Memphis.  Live in OC and looking in TX and TN for buy and hold, cash flowing properties.

My partner and I are looking for Commercial Props...4-10 Units to start and then into larger props 10-24 units.  Is this something you have a handle on and we could work together in the future or do you only deal with SF props.

Let me know.

@Tim Macy I sent you a PM a while back regarding my situation but have not gotten a response.

Just wondering if you still work with out of state investors in San Antonio?  I am coming out in about a week with my partner and will be meeting with some individuals regarding acquiring multi-Units (10+ in size) over the next couple of years.  My partner and I will be in town for a few days and if you were available let me know and we can discuss things.

Please check my PM for more details and let me know.  You were recommended by several individuals but if you have changed your focus this is no problem just let me know.

Looking for a good experienced Multi-Unit Broker.

My partner and I are looking to start moving our property purchasing to the San Antonio area and we would like to form some good partnerships with good Multi-Unit Brokers. We are coming to the area mid-January to meet with Property Managers and Brokers.

We currently have a plan to start small and go big. We are looking to put together a team that we can work through from a distance while purchasing these properties.

We are looking to purchase multi-unit properties, 4-10 Units in size, in the beginning but our overall plan is to acquire several properties over the next couple years larger, 24-50 in size. Although we have done a lot of research on the area we are looking for someone that we can look at specific neighborhoods with “C to B” ratings that we have been researching.

We are looking for those in the area that can give us good advice on the different neighborhoods we have been researching and give us direction with things going on in these areas as well as the market in general.

If you are in the area and looking to get involved with us once we start please let me know. We are looking for dependable people which I know from experience investing here in California is hard to come by. Please message me with your background and any other info that will help us get to know you a bit better prior to us coming out to the area.

Thx, Brian

Thank you for your feedback @Rick Pozos.

We are not fixed at this point and looking at all possibilities.  Price-To-Rent Ratios are good in San Antonio but they are good in several other cities as well.  Looking to the future I think the San Antonio - Austin Corridor will be a good thing but time will tell.  There is a lot going on in San Antonio but you are correct it is either on the Retail Development side or large Multi Market.

We will keep options open to the Houston Market as well as time progresses.
