My partner and I will be launching thing first of the year...just putting our system together and educating ourselves on other markets.  Mainly been investing in the Orange County area for the past few years but not really aligned with our goals any longer.  Mainly have owned Multi Units both on the hold side as well as the Flip side.

We are thinking Mid-West, Texas and Phoenix at this point but that could change by January.
