Thanks for sharing! That sounds like a rough deal. Hold onto it if you can!

@Anton Ivanov Wow, I didn't know who created it. You've done a great job and I appreciate the tool.

Hello, I'm a new member from Tulsa, OK

I am in the process of saving money and strengthening my financial position while I search for my first house hack.

My vision for the future Is to acquire and hold 35 units within the next 10 years. This coincides with my professional goals and timeline. I am a union electrical apprentice. I will graduate with my bachelors in business administration this year. After 4 years I will get my journeyman license. I will then work for 5 more years to gain more experience and network in the electrical field. After 10 years I will start an electrical contracting company. I'd like to use my 35 units and saved money to make the transition less risky and start from a position of strength.

My hobbies include motorcycling, lifting weights, and watches.

I look forward to connecting with BP member

S

@William J Stratton Jr. I love the DealCheck app on my phone. It makes analyzing properties very quick and has a lot of great features for a free product. I will likely use BP calculator when I can buy a pro membership. But will still use Dealcheck for analyzing properties on my phone.
