Hello BP family!

My wife and I have been wanting to get some skin in the game in regards to purchasing our first fixer upper. I know I know I’ve heard all the horror stories when it comes to flipping however there’s also been some inspiring stories as well that being said , I was wondering if someone would please share with me the best course of action when it comes to obtaining an investment Loan or any other loan Our credit scores are in the mid 700 we both make over $220 combined income . We have zero experience with flipping . Any suggestion or tips would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you

Brian

Hello all, I'm considering a private loan with Bridge-well Capital, however they are indicating they don't loan to individuals . This company is advising I'm must close as an LLC which I'm currently not . Any opinions on not only this company, also should I ever operate as an LLC ? I haven yet purchased my first buy and hold property. Any options or tips are welcomed Thank you Brian

Zeke Mohammod This is a professional forum last time I checked ! That was a very ignorant comment you made and has no place here . If you want to become a troll maybe you should stick with Twitter or Facebook .

@Kevin Siedlecki. Thank you. Kevin for your input I really appreciate it! I'm really considering fianancing at least 65% LTV , so that I will in fact have cash readily available invade of any unforeseen issues. The reason why I'm having second thoughts about financed rentals for constant cash flows is because I've hear horror stories about tenants not paying destroying your property etc . My father-n-law has a few rentals and the stories he's shared with me has left me wondering if that would be a good idea , but I guess everyone's situation is different . I'm willing to give it a shot after I do a little more research and get more input on BP .
