Hello all, I'm a newbie wanting to invest in the house-flipping opportunity. I have over 100k in liquid assets available anytime . My question is should I use my own cash to purchase distressed property, or should I finance 50% of the purchase and 50% of my own cash towards the. Purchase? The remaining liquid asset I have use it to renovate ? Again , I'm new to this so I won't get offended my any comments . Thank you Brian
