Because there is dinner at this event everyone pays, including myself.  I do think it is worth it though.

Andrew, glad you might be able to make it.  You can actually just show up and pay at the door if you want but then the price increases to $55.  Plus they do like to have some sort of count a day or two before.  Let me know if I should look for you there.

I hope you can make it to the next MMHA (Minnesota Multi Housing Association) investors club meeting.  At this meeting there will be a very small vendor show followed by two great speakers/topics.  

4-5:30 Small Vendor Show

5:30pm to 7pm - Topic 1 will be a panel discussion with 4 rental inspectors. 

7:30pm to 8:30pm - Topic 2 - How one owner grew his business to 44 units while having a day job - You will leave with an action plan on how to grow your business.  I am the speaker for this one. 

There is a cost to get in, $33 for MMHA members, $44 for Non MMHA members but this includes dinner.   If you don't get anything out of it then I will personally refund your money even though I make nothing off of this.  This only comes around once per year so please try to make it.  If you do make it then me know so that I can personally meet you at the show.

Have her come to a MN Real Estate Exchangers meeting.  We meet on the 1st and 3rd Wed of each month in Edina at Helmuth and Johnson Law Firm (8050 W 78th St, Minneapolis, MN 55439).  The meeting is from 9:30 to 11:30 although most get there at 9am.  If you email me a head of time I can put her on the list so she, or you, can attend at no charge. 

Also I might be able to use her for some work.

Best one in my opinion is Minnesota Real Estate Exchangers who meet in Edina on 494.  Unfortunately for you they do meet the first and third Wed of each month from 9am to noon.  If you want a free pass just let me know and I can put you on the guest list.  Info is at 1031mree.com.
