@Jonathan M.  it all depends on how busy you are and what you can handle.  You probably want to drop the list a couple of times over 3 months.  You don't want to hammer the list - you'll get a lot of angry people.  That's why you need a big list to drop 2k per week like you mentioned - if that keeps you busy.

@Jonathan Messri the response rate is night and day compared to DM - you can't beat RVM! Its a numbers game so you need to crank up your next campaign.  Glad to hear you're getting a good response!

@Chris Burnett  you're not selling anything...that is the loophole. I'm not selling anything or marketing a product.  How do I fall under the definition of a sale?

@Abraham Hernandez I get my lists from REI Market Pro.  I can get 3000 people for under $300...list source seems quite expensive!

You could buy a list of 5,000 absentee owners for about the same price.  

@Jonathan M. glad to hear the you are getting a better response rate. We use REI Market Pro for our RVM and VB campaigns, but we're also trying to perfect a system. We're able to triple our target audience with the savings - which helps because this is a "numbers game".
