@Anne Jackson if you want to get your phone to ring!  Check them out on facebook - you can see plenty of reviews and results.

@Darrell Bratton I don't have a preference on who sends the cards.  I have a proffered data provider I use but we like to use RVM and VB over direct mail.

@Mark Godlewski First thing is, it is not a sales call, so you are not selling, soliciting, or marketing.  There are "loopholes"  and you need to be aware of them if you are going to contact someone on the DNC.

I'm not going to give you legal advice but I have consulted with some very good telemarketing attorneys on this exact subject and I would suggest you do the same.

@Darrell Bratton I know that info is available at REI Market Pro....muti-family and multi-unit - you can omit LLC and Corporations.

@Tevin Russell the methods work great!  Best thing to do is combine the two but if you have a tight budget, go with the RVM its a bit cheaper.  You can hit 10k people for $1k - a lot of bang for your buck!

It's like anything else, it's not a magic wand and you have to put in the work to make the leads work out because your phone WILL ring!

@Nakia Jay if you're looking to run a RVM campaign, then ListSource won't have phone numbers and you'll have to spend money getting your list skip traced. REI Market Pro will have cell phones for a price less than ListSource.

@Nestor Soto REI Market Pro will have landlines or cell phones for cold calling campaigns.

@Jonathan Studdard I use REI Market Pro. Prices are very reasonable and they have both land and cell phones.
