Hi,

I have a quick question. I'm considering BRRR method for my first deal. Does anyone have any experience with doing this strategy to enter real estate? I know it can be risky because as a first time real estate investor you make mistakes, and still have to pay back the hard money lender within a time frame. Curious to hear about your experiences with BRRR as a beginner investor.

Hi,

I would like to connect with fellow real estate investors in Central New Jersey to see what type of investing makes the most sense for the area. Can you please tell me what the market is like in the suburban areas ?

Thank you,

Briana

@Cassidy Burns thanks for your advice, yes the property that is planning to live in would require less money down. Just have to find an area that has a high rental percentage in NJ. Thanks again

Hi,

I'm currently in NJ but born and raised in the DMV area. I'm trying to decide to either A - use a FHA loan and find a place in Jersey that I can rent out in the long run, or B - buy and investment property in Maryland because the property taxes are lower. If I decide to buy a property in Maryland, does anyone know of any areas with a high percentage of renters ? I know silver spring and the Greenbelt area are places but does anyone know of any other areas? Thanks
