Hi,

I’m looking to invest in Maryland preferably the pg county area (Bowie). I am also interested in investing in the downtown Baltimore area. I’m looking to connect with real estate agents who usually work with investors.

It's especially hard in NJ because there are a lot of wholesalers and most of them are terrible so we have little trust in new wholesaler that their numbers (ARV and repair costs) are accurate and when they aren't, it's a wasted trip for us.

Thank you for your advice and response. What other suggestions/ or advice would you give to someone who wants to start investing but don't have the capital to start right now?

Hi,

I am looking up ways to make money to fund my real estate endeavors and see that many people start off wholesaling houses. What advice would you give to someone who wants to start wholesaling deals?
