Wife and I are selling primary home. An agent asked if we'd be interested in renting, which we are considering. Market Rent would be $5k-6k/month. If tenant would like a lease to own, should we look at asking more per month to pad what we are holding for the sale, if it comes?

Afternoon BP!  I am looking for a good HVAC company for rehabs in western suburbs of Chicago.  Any and all referrals greatly appreciated.  Current scope of work is installing entire system and to replace current steam heat.

I would also say look into smaller firms. My brokerage in particular is owned by a family friend, and he charges me only when I have a transaction. Rather than charging you monthly desk fees like the big firms, the brokerage takes a small piece of each transaction, and subtracts the E&O's insurance.
