Lease to Own Pricing vs. Lease?

Wife and I are selling primary home. An agent asked if we'd be interested in renting, which we are considering. Market Rent would be $5k-6k/month. If tenant would like a lease to own, should we look at asking more per month to pad what we are holding for the sale, if it comes?

We are in Western Suburbs of Chicago. Thank you in advance!
