@Chris Seveney,  thanks, I found some, however, still haven’t found the step-by-step I think I need.

Step by step for the process? What are you trying to figure out exactly?

Thanks, @Chris Seveney & @Jamie Bateman - I haven't been here in a while and missed this conversation. @Brittany P. - thanks for all of the great questions.

Hello Andrew,

Please reach out on the site and we can answer any questions you may have. I can tell you that they've done a lot of deals with no problems yet. Dealing with them has been professional. They are a large company just using the name of Jonathan.

Can I change my name to the Russian Spouse?

🤣 You and me both.

The title policy from origination (covering that date backwards), is what we look for. We typically do not purchase any additional title insurance.

Yes, recording is typically the buyer’s responsibility. @Brett Burky can answer specific Paperstac questions.

That is the true that the buyer will want to get the documents recorded. Paperstac does offer that as a service but we must know about it prior to the transaction being completed.

Better to use your infinite banking than a heloc since a bank can pull your loan at anypoint.

Or you could utilize both like I do and know that you always have a way to create a float of your funds.

Quote from @Wesley I.:

@Adam Walter

Did you and the seller agree to have escrow?

Im in escrow and the buyer already wired the funds. This is my first time selling on Paperstac. Im not sure what happens if you and seller agree to not have not escrow. I assume it goes directly to sellers account.

If you choose to opt not to use the escrow process, the fund would go to the seller directly and they would sign a "receipt of funds received". Then the audit happens. Escrow is a very safe method for both parties.

Hello All,

I'm wanting to setup some meetings for next month and wanted to see who of the note investors out there are heading to the conference.

This will be our first in person conference and although a bit nervous of being in crowds, we're going to go and do our best to stay safe.

If you're going please let me know I'd love to say hi and give a fist bump.
