Thanks everyone for the encouragement and kind words!! I'm a pretty hands-on guy so I'm primarily looking to invest in Dayton and the surrounding areas. I'm open outside of that area but don't know where to start to put a team together. If anyone has any leads or is interested in putting together a team let me know.

Hi all, I'm in Dayton, OH and am brand new to the real estate investing scene. I've got a background in IT, but have always loved real estate. I've always dreamed of flipping houses, but have settled for renovating the last 2 places my family and I have lived. I would still love to do a flip, but I think buy and hold rentals is what I want to focus on. I'm starting from scratch and am really looking forward to learning as much as I can through this awesome community. Thanks!
