I am trying to find out if i could get a hard money loan if i owe back taxes.

I just started doing this myself but soon my pops and i plan on getting some things going in Texas, I have a aunt and cousin in Houston, so once you start making some moves, reach out to me and i'll do the same.

I found there website late last night.

That's when I seen all the extra class. Because as you may know, at the free seminar they gave the impression that once you get the workshop, then your set and could start using their money, plus their help, and be on your way. 

But low and behold, I counted (14) other training/resources they didn't tell us before we paid for the workshop thinking that's all we needed (well not me.... my pops, he paid).Nevertheless, we in it together. 

And to top it off, remember they said that they have money to finance your deals and that they only want 1%, no credit, no worries. That was B.S. They should have said no credit, don't worry.......about getting any money from them, which really ain't there money, a third-party base it on your credit.

I'm going to stay positive about for now, because like i told my pops after i found the website. Going to college ain't free, you either putting in time, money or both. I'm just hoping it's a community college tuition and not MIT.

I just put Affluence Edu in the search box and only a few things came up on BP.Im going to do a Google search.

My pops and I went to a seminar two nights ago, that was sponsored by Scott and Amie Yancey (Flipping Vegas). Both of us know what to expect, since we both had previous experience in pipedreams and upsales at other seminar in the past. Nevertheless, dude still swung at everything they was pitching (it reminded me of watching my beloved TB Rays last season).

My question is this: Have anyone had any recent experience Affluence Edu and their real estate workshop?

Just got robbed of 2 hours of time i cant get back. 

Im subscribed to REIclub.com so they send me emails when there a up coming webinars. I finally had the time to set through one. This one was Connected Investors 3.0. Should have done a background check on them on BP first.

I did read The Ultimate Beginners Guide To Real Estate Investing. Good book. If you have any more, shoot the title my way. Just erased all my music and the apps i really don't need so i could download BP on my phone about two months ago.
