Hello Everyone, I'm Jakyll and I reside in Macon, GA. I was introduced to the real estate investing world by my aunt who's a real estate agent in FL, so I figured I wanted to learn more and start investing myself. I'm interested in investing in rental properties and fix and flips as there are a few opportunities here in Macon. My goal is to have a real estate company that manages student rental properties near the colleges/universities across the state of GA. I am currently employed as an insurance Data Analyst as a recent grad, so a switch to the real estate field would be different, but it's not impossible.
