We live in Harrison Maine and recently bought our first single family for buy and hold. We're motivated to start our next project. Initially we were thinking about another buy and hold as we are not well versed in wholesale, but would love to learn. I have been on BP for about a week and reading everything I can. I have built a home from the ground up and owned two fixer uppers. So no stranger to the building/remodel trade and never afraid to get dirty. My impression is that here in Maine we might just have to be willing to work multiple REI strategies to be successful. Long and short of it, we would like to meet/work with like minded folks. I am new to the world or REI, been on BP for a week, and attended my first webinar last. That was incredible, will certainly be attending them regularly. I live in Maine and am trying to find like minded folks to network with. Is there anyone else out there from the Pinetree state???

Hey everyone, New to BP, I am amazed at the wealth of information being shared freely and the willingness of members to help others. I have been in the building products industry for 25 years and my wife works part time as a substitute teacher. We just purchased our first rental property, a single family property. We want to purchase several more and possibly flip occasionally. We are looking forward to learning and sharing as we grow. Brent
