I just started getting cash buyers and motivated sellers lists together. I know I need 3-4 main contracts. I went to a real estate attorney in MD and he said he didn't think I needed to pay him to write contracts for what I'm doing and I could just do them myself. Where would be the best place to learn from or get some? Thanks!!!
