My vote would be for Superior.  Let me know if you need help.  Would love to meet you and have you at our Career Night at Keller Williams here in Ft. Mill.  Good luck!

I use Craig Rice of Blackhawk Inspection Professionals.  Easy going, relaxed, funny and pays attention to detail.

Hey everyone...I am a former wholesaler but not agent with Keller Williams in Ft. Mill.  I can now make cash offers with KW Offers(via offerpad) if any wholesalers would a free quote.  I can provide you the criteria KW uses...just need a few pictures and a couple documents signed before I can submit for an offer.  Guaranteed responses on all offers within 72 hours.  No obligation...the main difference in selling directly to an investor/flipper is KW will require a repair process so this might need be the right fit for all situations; however, it does give you an option that is somewhere between a retail listing and direct to investor.  I get 1% when KW  buys and 1% on the backend when KW sells the property.

Probably might work for light rehabs where there might not be quite enough meat on the bone for a flip or something that is borderline.

Regardless, would like to meet up to see if I can bring some value to wholesalers in the area whether it is through KW Offers, submitting offers, providing MLS data, providing RealList data or providing some access to FSBOs and Expireds via TheRedX. Let me know. Thx!

Investor friendly realtor here.  Would love to meet up to see how I could help.  I previously wholesaled in Florida.  Would love to talk about sharing some tools that I currently have access to.  PM me so we can get together for breakfast, lunch or a coffee.

I am a local agent with Keller Williams in Ft Mill, SC licensed in both NC & SC.  I currently use TheRedX for FSBOs and Expireds.  I am looking to partner with one local investor to share in the expense or this access.  I do not currently use the dialer but looking into it.  Looking for a long-term, serious partnerships where I would provide CMAs, could show properties, submit reasonable offers and provide automated searches.  I cIan even provide preforclosures via RealList but I am looking for a true partnership where we can both bring value to each other.

With my previous wholesaling experience, I believe it would be a natural partnership as I am an agent that thinks outside of the box and always looking for creative ways to put deals together.  Not that it would benefit investors, but I am not able to do "ibuyer offers" through OfferPad if the situation fits.

Looking to get involved in the local REIAs so ideally it would be somebody already involved in the local REIAs..thanks and looking forward to it!
