So I'm new to REI and trying to get started.

not a ton of money to play with

Flipping some houses for some start up money to more passive ventures seems to be the way I’m leaning.

I've been talking with a hard money lender who is willing to cover 100% of the loan rehab and closing if it doesn't exceed 70% ARV.

all it takes from me is an initial invrstment of $3000 to have access to their software and services, and i pay ernest money.

is this a good deal and good idea?

So I’m exploring options to try and kick off my investing career.

Thought about getting into flipping using hard money to generate some cash flow to use for other investing opportunities.

My question is, is there any advice you’d have as well as any apps or website that would be helpful in the journey?

Anything helps! Thanks!

So I’m finally closing soon on my first duplex (yay) lol

My question is, is an LLC worth forming yet? Or would it make more sense to wait till I have a few under my belt?

So I’m new to investing, and do not have a ton of money saved up to go out and buy up some rentals which was my original goal. Considering getting into REITs to have some money flow to use at some point towards other RE investing goals.

Any tips, pointers, pros cons?

So I am a newbie in the eastern Ohio area to the investing game. I’m am looking to buy my first rental as soon as possible. I’m starting with a lower priced rental, and would like to know, what lenders have you guys had experience with that would lend to smaller valued loans?

Thanks
