Looking at hard money lenders still, and DoHardMoney (who I find through here) seems promising.

Anyone use them before? Thoughts?

@Wayne Brooks basically they say if you pay the 3k they have house finding software to access. But they also say that once you close the first deal you get the all but $600 of the 3k back.

Their whole thing is basically, they’ll fund 100% of the deal through this “find-fund-flip” and all you must contribute is the 3k in the beginning, and then $600 every deal from their out and as long as it’s 70%arv they’ll fund the entirety of the flip

Sounds to good to be true but I wanted opinions just incase it wasn’t too good to be true

@J Scott their whole thing is “pay the $3000 now and once you close your first deal you get all but $600 back”

Basically they say they’ll 100% fund deals with zero cash to close other than that $600 and Ernest money

Sounds to good to be true in my head and that’s why I am asking if it is too good to be true to everyone else too lol

@Brian Garrett so their whole thing is, “pay the 3k and then after you close the first deal you get all but 600 of it back” and then every deal from there out is supposed to be 100% funded except for the $600 for each one.
