So I am a newbie in the eastern Ohio area to the investing game. I’m am looking to buy my first rental as soon as possible. I’m starting with a lower priced rental, and would like to know, what lenders have you guys had experience with that would lend to smaller valued loans?

Thanks

There are a couple here in Columbus @Brennan Thomas but like @Andrea Weule was saying, a lot of them prefer $50K and up.
