You're better off hiring your own representative to fully ensure that your best interests are protected.

YOU don't pay the agent, the seller does, so why wouldn't you have your own?

I think you did the right thing.  It's better to give than to receive.

Having a scarcity mindset can stifle your growth, and block your blessings.

You're going to protect your trade secrets, and everyone has the right to do that... it's fair and reasonable.

You'll be rewarded for helping others and paying it forward.

You did a good thing. Hopefully, it'll be reciprocated, but if not, it's all good.

That's awesome!!  And no easy task!  

Eating high levels of sugar salt and fat (which causes most excessive weight) has the same effect on the brain as cocaine... so is incredibly difficult for most people to give up!

My S.M.A.R.T. goal this year is to add 1+ new listings/week by the end of this year.

And patience seems to always be my virtuous goal year after year! ;))

Most communications are done through writing these days, whether it be text, email social media or direct mail.

Which is probably how you're going to initiate conversations with people anyway.

I wouldn't worry about a speech pediment.  As @Jordan Moorhead said, know your stuff initially, be sincere and professional and people will want to do business with you, regardless! ;)

And what makes you prefer paying your landlord's mortgage over your own???

I believe you perceive your fears to be legit, but (in my humble opinion) you could be living comfortably off of a 10th of your income while investing the rest for an early, secure retirement!

And then play for the rest of your life ...while you're still young!!

Yep...sort of! ;))

We get detailed nation-wide access to "Recently Sold and Off-Market" data, but not nation-wide "Active Listings".

We can only access "Off-Market" data for current "Active Listings" outside of our local MLS.

We only get access to local active listings linked to our MLS, in the case of AZ it's state-wide.

But you can put just about any zip code into Redfin.com and get those active listings! ;)
