Hey @Brandon Morgan,

There are several banks/credit unions that go up to 100% loan to value on helocs if you’re looking to get a lot of that equity. I also have some lenders that could help on the heloc or fixed second side. Feel free to reach out!

Hello @Michael Clough,

As others mentioned you’ll want to see what the numbers look like on the blended rate Calc. This will tell you if you should refinance or keep your existing 2.875% and add a second position (heloc) to fund the downpayment/closing costs of the new property. It all depends on how much you’re looking to pull out. I’d be happy to help with the Calc. Feel free to reach out.

Hello @Jose Ramirez

There are lenders that offer cash out refi's up to 80%. They all have their own risk overlays so if your credit/property/experience doesn't meet certain guidelines they will hit you on LTV. I know several lenders that we work with. Feel free to reach out!

Hello @Bryan Castro,

I have a few lenders that have options for investment heloc’s. Feel free to reach out to let me know what you’re looking to accomplish.

@Erik Estrada looking for a second position and purchased in 2017. Looking to maybe tap into 70% LTV. Any recommendations?

I have a few lenders we work with that can accomplish this! Heloc is an option we can look at too. Feel free to reach out!

Hey @Sean Starkey,

As others mentioned it would really help to bring in that blended rate calculator to see what makes the most sense. There are plenty of us here that would be happy to walk you through a blended rate calc. Feel free to reach out.

Hey @Florencia Cafure,

I am not sure of your experience but you're typically looking at 20-25% down if you're a newer investor. I'd be happy to give you some input on your scenario. Feel free to reach out.

Hey @Agustin Conti,

As many have already said, 3.4 points seems a bit high. Reach out to some lenders here and any of us would be happy to give you more options.
