Need help with the refinance part
I have a conventional loan on my home that I live in everyday. I got the loan through horizon bank. Now should I refinance with the same bank or a different bank. I'm wanting to stay in this property and rent out the new property with the money from the refinance. If that makes sense. I am also very new at this. This would be first time refinancing so I am open to any advice anybody has
