Wassup Duece Slade , There are many different resources within the website to see previous discussions. To answer the question, one of the main places I go is a website called List Source. You can separate into categories of zip code, city, amount of equity in property, year built, year bought, and property type etc etc. From absentee owner to owner occupant. That is a good first place to go to pull a list. Before you do that determine where the hot areas are then specify your searches within those "hot" areas. Hope this helps! Best of luck!

Hey BP peeps! So I am talking to a seller who is interested in selling his property at 1.2 mill. I was interested in getting the property under contract but I cannot seem to find any comps for the area. He said the value is in the land and It is a R-4 zoning on a double lot  in a B-4 zoning . Not sure what that means. How do I know if this is a good deal? How do I find developers for the property? Any tips?
