I concur with this! Many wholesalers here don't take a professional approach for this business and actually learn REI..they just want to wholesale real estate because they heard that they can get paid 10k in 2-3 weeks. It's hard to find a legit wholesaler here who actually knows what they are doing. But those kind do exist..you will find them mostly where the cash buyers are! REIA clubs and auctions. Hope this helps!
