I have recently made a Zillow posting for a rental I have available. I received an inquiry today from an agent saying she has a client interested and she asked if I was willing to work with an agent? Is there something different about working with someone’s agent that I should be aware of? I would assume it’s like working with anyone else

I have just posted my first rental and am accepting applications. I would like help clarifying when it’s necessary to send an adverse action notice or not. If it pertains to something on a credit check this notice needs to be sent? Would I send via email or to an address listed? What if the denial is for something unrelated like income or pets etc? Will this notice need to be sent or some other type? Also I am using cozy to do all this. Will this have a prompt of some sort that I can send out or will I need to send this notice if need be outside of the cozy platform? Thank you!

Hello! I know there are several sites mentioned for collecting rent online. However there were so many listed I’m wondering how best to condense these options and choose one. This is my first rental property and will be my only. Also will most likely be under an llc in case this makes a difference. Thank you!
