So I have a tenant that I formed me she will be breaking her 1 yr lease agreement after 4 months in. I purchased the bigger pockets package for the rental lease etc. and I’m trying to find what my options are as far as keeping security deposit/ charging her moving forward: I’m also located in Florida . I seem to be having a hard time finding anything about early termination. If someone knows a direction to point me in on the agreement please assist! Thank you

@Charlie Cameron

Thank you both for your input. Can you explain the exp option a little more. What is it exactly and how would you connect with something like that?

@Raul R.

Do I then email them that they qualified but someone else was choosen? Or how do I handle telling the people that aren’t selected for basically no reason.?

How do you handle a situation in which you have multiple qualified applicants apply? Clearly you can choose just one so how do you handle this? How do you handle turning the others down?

@Michael Noto

What’s Interesting is that I linked the name and this was a client who actually found my Facebook listing and then contacted me and then her agent messaged me. Now I’m feeling a little ripped off honestly.

@Michael King

That’s the second question I’m having now is so I’m going to pay someone how much?! Lol and then I’m doing all the lease signing and everything else involved? That kinda seems like a questionable deal! However I could see more qualified renters working with an agent so
