Looking forward to seeing everyone.  Spots are filling up fast!  If you want to come, we would love to have you.  Going to be a great night of networking with other investors but multiple specialties within Real Estate.  Also, having a local Insurance Broker come and do a seminar on what you should be looking at on your insurance policies and are you adequately covered.

This month, we will be having Luke Cathcart, UACRM (President at Soteria Insurance Group) give a presentation on the aspects of insurance you should be on the lookout for as a RE Investor.

All, we have started a monthly group and it is growing rapidly.  I created a microsoft teams account for the group with different channels (multifamily, market place, lender/contractor recommendations, Deal Analysis) etc.  Let me know if you want to join.

Starting with this meeting I will be introducing work shops. The first work shop I want to start with is very important and is often overlooked. It is insurance. What types of insurance do you need, what kind of coverage do you need? What is co-insurance and should you avoid it?
