@Jason Schimer I live in San Diego, California. I live at home currently but I am thinking about moving out soon. I've heard some things on an FHA loan with the 3.5 % down but I don't know exactly how it works. I have been thinking maybe I can use that loan to get into a du/tri/quadplex.

Im 19 years old and want to get started. I research properties daily and run numbers. I want to get started , I have no money but I may be able to raise some from my parents. If you were 19 and in college what would you do to get started? What would you buy?
