Makes sense and I like the idea you’ve posted above with the key fob.

Are you converting for exterior or interior accessible units? Id try to maximize the sqft usage and do exterior doors if possible. We just picked up two C class storage properties in NE Indiana and the appraiser valued them at a 10 cap. I'd think you'd in that range or slightly lower for a product like this if its done well. Id love to connect and see pics as you progress on this project.

Chat with your bank and see if you they have an ACH system to where you can PULL the rent from your tenants accounts. It was a game changer for me.

I’m shocked that this thread hasn’t been shut down for one. This is gonna be looked at back on as a huge government failure to the American people unless Trump is using it as a way to show the true colors of those who are behind it. Gates needs to go down. Hopefully this be one positive outcome of it all.

I was just quoted 3.75-4.05% on a 5 year lock from a few banks a few weeks ago. Not sure if rates have changed since then.
