Nick Fitzpatrick Great breakdown. Really like that information. Do you specialize with ITP properties??

Jorge Borjas I'm no expert on actual dealings in real estate but I've been following the development of the beltline and inner city areas. Based on what I've seen I would say that the SWATS/BLUFF area of Atlanta is currently a war zone. It hasn't been developed in years and the only thing driving development now is the beltline initiative and the new dome for the super bowl. Areas like vine city, English ave, college town etc are all next up for clean up and are good areas to get into if you can carry the property for some time. I've been looking into investing I to the west side for the potential for it to FOLLLOW suit just like Decatur and the Edgewood area.

Hey Julie I think we've connected before. I am open to looking outside of Kennesaw. Especially ITP with all the belts one development. However Kennesaw and surrounding areas are fine. Just eager to get going.

Hello Everyone,

Brandon here. I am not exactly new to the site however I have been away for a while due to other things. So just getting back into the groove here and continue trying to build connections and expand on knowledge so I can reach my goals!

I live in Kennesaw, Georgia currently and want to look for a property to House Hack. I'm thinking a duplex or quadplex. I want to take advantage of my Vet benefits and looking to learn how I can do that as well.

At any rate, glad to be back and I'm always willing to meet up and talk or shadow on a walkthrough etc.  feel free to contact me anytime.

@Henry Silvestriz-Lora

Never took the training however I have a couple of his books and they are super helpful as well. I would recommend reading the books first before doing any seminars. In my opinion there is no longer a need to spend oney on such seminars. Sites like bigger pockets and J Scotts- www.123flip.com are everything you need.

But again just my opinion.

Lets connect!

Post: Is it a good idea to form an LLC

Hello BP, First off let me apologize if this question has been answered already.If it has just drop a link and I will do the research from there. I'll make this quick We are three USAF veterans all under 27 years old. We are looking to invest in real estate in various cities of Atlanta Georgia primarily to flip the properties to generate capital and later transition into a mi off buy and hold flipping. We do not have a lot of cash liquidity babe collectively 15k I was curious is it good idea for us to form a LLC/ partnership so that we can invest collectively. On second thought I have had the idea to use veteran benefits but I was made aware that we would not be able to use vet benefits in this way because it is now a business. So basically should we form an LLC if we plan to invest together as partners
