I've never had a completed deal experience. I have had sit down meetings with both NWA and NWR. They structure the deals the same and package them similarly in the reports. The number always look appealing however I've never felt great about the numbers provided they are definitely on the optimistic side. However I wouldn't know for sure and the reviews are mixed.

@Ethan Summers Thank you for the tip.  I will begin honing in on an area and narrowing things down. At the moment North Atlanta Kennesaw, Marietta, Sandy Springs, etc all sound good for me. I

Hello BP,

I am looking for a wholesaler or agent who have experience with flipping houses. I am want to start combing through properties that aren't necessarily on the MLS, Zillow, Trulia, etc. So I there is anyone who has a contact or if you are that contact please let me know.

I am also looking for investors who are wanting o partner up or are open to at least p=looking at proposals.

I've been following the Atlanta market for the past few years now and have lived on just about all sides. I was really big on following the belt line, however I a currently focusing more on distressed properties in good areas with workable numbers. I have a good team of guys that I work with as well so we are looking to be full involved in all aspects of the flip process.

Thanks Jerry

It provides income, but not that kind. I'm really hoping to just get in touch with wholesalers and Real Estate agents.  Ive been watching my area for a while now and know where the prices sit for the most part. But i need to start getting more deals coming to me so Im just exhausting all resources.

Thanks for the tip

Hello BP,

I am searching for a good investment property. I would like to flip the property so it is a short term goal. It would be my first so I am looking for a house that needs some work but not a total teardown/rebuild. SFR, quad /tri/duplex, some multiunits. I would like to stay ITP and preferably close to the Beltline. All price point welcome. If the numbers work I'll get the funds. So send whatever you have my way Please or add me to your mailing list.

Thanks

-Brandon

Do you have any pictures of the residence?
Is this a turnkey property?

What is the ARV for this property?

Also why is the purchase price so low?

Hello everyone,

The hustle is on full blast!. Im looking to get in contact via in person meetings or phone calls etc  with people that I will need to start investing in real estate. I need contacts for private lending, wholesalers, and general contractors in the Atlanta area.

I am attending every REI meet up I can and basically want to have the connections I need in place when I am ready to pul the trigger. I prefer local people that I can meet with as it just is my current comfort level.

If you have anyone or you are that someone please shoot me a message so we can exchange contact information and set up a meeting.

Thank You

Hello BP forum!

DISCLOSURE: No affiliation/ No Transactions

I had the chance to meet with @Matt McCarter from Networth Realty here in Atlanta, Ga. . Matt reached out to me on the BP website with an invitation to meet with im and discuss who they are and what they do.

I was a bit hesitant at first, time is, valuable and every minute I have not working my day time job is dedicated to obatianing my REI goals. Tosay the least Matt did a great jub keeping the meetin moving forward, being punctual, and providing enough information about their company to leave me with minimal questions or concerns.

I would advise anyone looking for a wholesale company with credentials and reputable representatives to reach out to Networth Realty. I look for word to further endeavors with theses guys!

PS this is just a basic review on my initial meet and greet. I know there are some not so flattering post about NWR, however this is just my initial meeting.
