I am searching for a good investment property. I would like to flip the property so it is a short term goal. It would be my first so I am looking for a house that needs some work but not a total teardown/rebuild. SFR, quad /tri/duplex, some multiunits. I would like to stay ITP and preferably close to the Beltline. All price point welcome. If the numbers work I'll get the funds.
