@Tim Lindstrom  Agreed that these are  two different issues. Guess I was just frustrated. 

Peter Kehr I've been wondering the same thing about some of the people that post in the BP Marketplace. Most of them seem to "accidentally" miscalculate expenses and other "errors" that make their deals look more favorable.

Check out US Bank for Helocs. They do 90%

@Stephen Seaberry  Yup those are among the places we are looking. Hope to get into some stuff locally but probably won't be till we have a few deals under our belt.

Thanks for the welcoming everyone. We haven't limited ourselves to one area just yet. Obviously we are looking at those areas where rentals make the most sense.

Mike D'Arrigo yeah we've been looking at those cities. We currently have a deal we might go through with but we will be looking for more in the following months.
